A teacher is a role model influencing every facet of the student’s growth and developing their innate potentials, in addition to being a motivator, guide and friend. A teacher today, is responsible to enable and empower the learner to emerge as a competent youth, ready to take on the challenges of the rapidly changing world.

NJCF appreciates this deed of teachers through a programme name “Teacher Reward Programme” wherein we motivate teachers who are willing to adapt new methods, techniques and tactics to make the teaching-learning process more effective and to increase the level of education to the next level, which reflects in the results of annual test conducted by NJ Charitable Foundation.
